Great Property ..within minutes of Duomo and other high-end shopping stores. Only thing was we wish the shower was a little bigger. Other then that excellent location and property.

Perfect location, definitely recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for this apartment. Not even a 2 minute walk to Duomo and less than 15 minute walk to other main tourist attractions. Communication was detailed and fast, with a member of the team checking in throughout the stay. Felt safe as the apartment was on a busy street with gated entrance to the apartment. The apartment had all the essentials and was clean - perfect for a couple night’s sleep. On the day of departure the team made it very smooth when dropping off bags at the drop-off location, and even took the time to ensure we got a taxi to where we needed to go despite it being a very busy time!

Great location, walkable to major attractions. Great communication from host. Apartment was very clean and beds comfortable. Will stocked kitchen. There was a lot of noise from the trolley car outside. Also, the hot water would run out so I suggest for more than two people taking showers at different times.

Great place at Milan Retreats!

Perfect location, close to the Main Street and Duomo. The apartment was spacious and very nice. We also used the free luggage storage, and really appreciated the helpful staff.

Milan Retreats Duomo was perfect — stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Duomo and close to everything. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property was really clean and comfortable. The only cons about the property is the hot water that regulates after 30 minutes which means the next person needs to wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour before the next person showers.

The place was nice but the shower was a real problem. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor which creates a real hazard. I almost fell 3 different times.

Pros: Nice property in a centrally located area. Good support from property management. It has a washing machine which was a major plus if you are trying to travel light. The Milan Duomo is outstanding as is the Castle Sforzesco. Numerous day trips available to nearby locations like lake Como. It is a bit too far to walk from the train station, especially dragging luggage, but taxis are readily available. Uber allows you to book a taxi or regular Uber. Cons: If I had to find a negative points, they would be 1). the size of the shower, it is very small and 2). the lack of USB ports. Not a deal breaker by any means, did I mention it has a washing machine.
