Horrible Management. Tried to keep us hostage in a room smelling thick of cigarettes. Mother is immune compromised with a chronic cough. We left after 1 hour as she could not handle it. No apology or compensation was given. I'm out 500+ Euros

The apartment is completely different from what was shown in the photos. It is much smaller, and lacks essential furnishings like a dining table, chairs, and a sofa. This is a clear case of false representation, and we feel deceived. We did not expect such a drastic difference between what was advertised.

The property was clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a short distance from the Duomo, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The support team,was highly responsive and extremely helpful in addressing any inquiries or requests. Overall, I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Wonderful stay!

Communication with the hotel began before we arrived and made self check in easy. Daniele answered any questions we had through Whats App within seconds. The apartment was clean and in a good location. The restaurant recommendations were excellent and we appreciated the luggage storage after check out. Overall, a very organized, comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Overall really great! Only thing I could say for improvement would be upgrading the pillows and possibly adding a safe. Location was perfect and close to metro and host was very communicative!

We travel a lot but most of the time we stay in a hotel. First time we tried to stay in an apartment. The apartment is very spacious, centrally located so very close to attractions and restaurants, shops. Communication was great through WhatsApp, overall we enjoyed our stay!

I liked that the Duomo Cathedral and dining options were all within walking distance. Overall, our stay at Milan Retreats was great. The only thing that could make it better would be a spacious bathroom.

Great stay!

We loved Milano Retreats Duomo- the staff and concierge were so helpful and communicative and the apartment was in a prime location to good food, sightseeing, and metro. The only thing to note is that I would suggest bringing a sleep mask- the curtains aren’t dark and given the proximity to a Main Street and trolley, it’s a little bright at night. The noise didn’t bother us, but ear plugs might be something to consider too. We otherwise loved the space and its location and would be eagerly stay there again upon a return to Milan.

Good location and worth for money. May be made a little clarity regarding location of apartment as google map show Milan retreat at different location than actual. However, message from property was clear about google location of apartment but we missed it and search from google map and end up at different location.

great location, in a central and security place, however it is right next to the historical tram route, quite noisy at night as Trams generally operate from approximately 4:30 am to 2:30 am, white linen curtains mean you don't need to turn on the lights in the night as shop lights and street lights can bee seen through

Property was convenient and nice. Had ants one evening in bathroom but property came next day to spray. No electric outlets in bathroom which was not a huge issue but inconvenient. Matt’s at office which was across the street was great!

Great Property ..within minutes of Duomo and other high-end shopping stores. Only thing was we wish the shower was a little bigger. Other then that excellent location and property.
