Nice place but a little small. Very convenient to restaurants and tourist attractions. The room is a little noisy as it’s right next to the city’s rail system that runs pretty much throughout the night. Once you get used to it, it’s fine. We made believe the noise was waves crashing on the rocks.

I thought this was a hotel when booked it until I got an email for the virtual keys. When getting into the room it smelled like wet towel/model mostly in the bathroom. When we went to enjoy the outside and came back at night the people next to us were super loud and made our whole room smell like weed causing us to not sleep due to the smell. We were only here for a day and didn’t want to waste time to book another place so we just sucked up it. Would we stay here again? Definitely not

AVOID - there are better options in Milan

AVOID - better options elsewhere. We stayed in Room 4. Hotel description does not mention that some rooms are in the front and others are at the back. Room 4 was over a tram interchange (which operates until 2am) and a nightclub. The windows do not offer any soundproofing. For the first time in my life, we left the hotel after one night and moved to another place (losing the entire fee as Missori would not refund anything). Save yourself hassle and avoid booking this place.

Great location

The lodging is in a great location, a few minutes walk away from the Duomo. The room was quiet. I’m not sure it is quite a hotel. It’s on a floor of an office building and you are given an electronic key to go in. The desk is staffed from the morning to around 6. But i was able to leave my luggage when I arrived early and the staff was friendly.

Rafaella was very helpful. She went out of her way to get us a taxi service to the airport. The only issue in this property is the constant noise of the train and cars because it’s right beside a busy intersection.

Location Location Location

Great location within walking distance to most of the attractions. Staff were lovely especially the young lady at reception. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and modern. We had a lovely vista. They also provide ear plugs for anyone that is a light sleeper as the trams run almost 24 hours.

Central location, great value.

This is not a hotel, nor is it a suite. That being said, the room is excellent for what it is. The bed was firm but very comfortable and the AC was excellent even with temps in the mid 90’s F. It was clean and spacious for a bedroom and bathroom. The shower pressure was great as was the temperature control. The location was spectacular, we frequently walked by the Duomo as the view and atmosphere changed at all times of the day. There are several must visit restaurants, gelato, and shopping spots all with in 15 min walking distance. Would be an ideal space with a larger fridge, and TV.
