The welcome was warm and amazing! The stay was very pleasant and comfortable! The hotel itself is very clean! Breakfast is good! The only dark spot on in the blue sky of our stay was the lack of communication between the parking and the reception regarding the ZLT daily permit which was never filed for our car, and now we are imposing the fine from the municipality in god only knows what extent! The reception tried helping us to pay for an unauthorized entry however never provided an email or confirmation not even a phone picture that normal person would take just to provide the proof of payment!!! So beware to take care of this issue on your own right after you park your car! Make sure you ask the park assistant to fill out the form, pay €4.5 and submit it to the municipal office!

Excellent hotel near the Duomo

The hotel was updated and well taken care of. The room was very clean and the staff was always accommodating. The location was great and only a couple of blocks from the Duomo.

Good location with onsite parking

Hotel has parking garage onsite, attached to the building. Breakfast was €30 per adult and €15 per kid. Nice design and staff was helpful and friendly. Walk to the duomo within 5-10 minutes and there’s a small grocery store across the street from the hotel. We would stay here again.

This property is superb value for money and could easily be charging much more!! It is situated just 500m from the Duomo and 800m from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Furthermore, not only is it ideally situated it is also so quiet! Despite being just a 500m walk from the main hub, it actually has a fairly residential feel to it and is just delightful. The staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble and they deliver excellent service. The gym is open 24/7 and is fully equipped with TechnoGym equipment, towels and water.
