The hotel was centrally located which was very convenient. Walking distance to the Duomo, hop on and hop off bus (which was an excellent 2hour tour), Galleria and shopping areas. The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. My only objection was that I asked them to turn up the thermostat as I was cold…it seemed like they did but the fan only blew out cold air?

This hotel gets the job done. But the room was a bit small. It seems to be quite busy. It’s close to the Duomo and the shopping center. It’s also just a cab ride away from the train station. I would recommend for short stays.

We loved our stay at NH Collection Milano President. The hotel was beautiful, clean and staff was cordial and helpful. We were walking distance from the duomo and tram stations which made exploring around so much easier. Would love to come back and stay here again!

Some of the facilities need an upgrade considering the rate per night. The front desk people are unfriendly, and not considerate. Everthing we have to keep asking in order to get, no customer service. They are not bad but if you put 5 star hotel as standard, almost feel like been mistreated. The room itself is great and comfortable. Breakfasts are the best. Location is perfect.

Great location
Great location, within a few minutes walk of the Duomo. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was a little disappointed by the room size as there was not much space around the beds; although there was a wardrobe, there were no drawers and no real space to store suitcases. We had to call maintenance twice; the safe was locked on arrival so we were unable to gain access to it and on the second day we arrived back at hotel to find our room door open. On further investigation the lock had somehow broken and it seemed that when the cleaners left our room, the door had not shut behind them. There was nothing missing but this was a little unsettling. Maintenance arrived quickly both times to resolve the problem. Also, the plug in the bath/shower was broken and did not lift up to allow the water to drain but we dug it out with our fingernails so we didn’t have to bother calling maintenance again. It was a little annoying that all these things occurred during our short stay. Finally, we were again a little disappointed that, on arriving just after midday at the hotel, we were advised that a room was ready and available… for an extra fee of €50 (for under 3 hours). I feel It’s a bit of a shame and money grabbing to try and obtain extra money from your customers when the room is ready for use. Overall, this is a nice, clean comfortable hotel but I would have expected just a little bit more for the price.
