Rooftop bar and pool closed for hotel guests :(

Nhow Milano advertises a spectacular rooftop pool with a cool bar. However, it was closed for hotel customers due to a private party during our stay :( The hotel is sirtuated in an exciting area of Milano, rooms are average, reception and breakfast are far from reaching the standard of nhow Rotterdam. If you intend booking due to the spectacular rooftop bar with pools better confirm that it‘s open for hotel customers or go for alternative hotels.

Few issues needed to be sorted- 1.plug points didn’t work apart from one near the door 2.no milk for coffee topped up- so had to make calls everyday for it 3.bulb didn’t work in the bathroom, so wasn’t well lit.

I recently stayed at nhow Milan and overall had a positive experience. The hotel is tucked away in a quieter part of the city, which made for peaceful evenings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and responsive throughout the stay. The hotel gym was functional and well-maintained, a definite plus for those who like to stay active while travelling. My first room, however, was uncomfortably hot. Unfortunately, it was late in the evening by the time I realised, so a room change wasn’t practical that night. The next morning, the staff acted quickly to resolve the issue and moved me to another room. While the second room was still warmer than I would have preferred, it was more comfortable than the first. On the upside, it was spacious, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring a good night’s sleep. In summary, nhow Milan offers stylish accommodation, friendly service, and a quiet location, though it would benefit from more effective room temperature control.

A wonderful hotel within walking distance to beautiful Navigli district - an easy cab ride also to the old town (which is over crowded). The hotel is a piece of art itself, has wonderful breakfast, great customer service and staff. Would recommend especially if you have a family - rooms are big and well set up.

Milan trip

Very comfortable stay! I didn't get a chance to use the amenities but would definitely stay here again when returning to Milan! Trains are walkable (10-15 mins away) and hotel is roughly 30 minutes ride from LIN airport. There is a convenient market nearby in case you need to pick up essentials. My room was clean and quiet, didn't have any issues with noises.

The photos on the website are so misleading. This property has the sexiest decorations I’ve ever seen in my life. No smart TV, only Italian channels available, weird room with ugly curtains, and weird set up. Stuff was good and room was clean, but this is one of the Biggest eye source when it comes to hotel and art.

Everything about this place was great. The decor was very chic and unique - coming from 2 5 star places, I truly enjoyed this as well. Staff was super adjusting. There was a super cool party downstairs one day. Rooms are HUGE, and ceilings were very very high. Walk from the hotel to Genova train station for hustle bustle and life. The only downside was station was a kms of walk. Our family has older kids so we were not as bothered. Overall very happy with everything.

Over priced and smelly wanna be hipster hotel

This hotels tries to be "hipster hotel" by all means. The worst attempt is to use everywhere in the property very distinctive and horribly strong perfume, that is really disgusting. They even spray it to the rooms so much that we had to change one of the two rooms. The rooms are spacious but very basic. The A/C does not work in the whole building properly what the reception staff also admitted. If you charge over 250 euros per room per night, the guests expect more. And t ask for 55 euros for breakfast per person is outrageous. Very poor price value.

worn, broken, definitely overpriced at over 200/pn

The hotel is worn and not very clean. Bed quite hard and only one blanket. The room we got first had a very bad air and the air-con did not work at all, and windows could not be opened. Luckily we got to change to another room with working air-con, but a leaking toilet. After noting this to the front desk the toilet got repaired though. There is an expresso machine in the room, but hotel is stingy with coffee and milk. Only two capsules of coffee and one milk, so you better share. 'Premium' room has views on the inner-yard (walls), perhaps not worth the extra cost. Very difficult also to get a service at the breakfast, milk was out on coffee machines and the staff did not fill it, so no cappuccino there either.. Overall, hotel look jazzy, but is really quite worn and tired, 'room parfume' smell quite strong in places . but I guess staff is trying their best though.

Staff was ready for check-in, helpful with parking options (do not use the parking garage at Mudec museum - €4.50/hr ;€60 for the day). Instead use white street parking areas. Yellow for residents, blue not allowed.
