I would not recommend this hotel. The room was dirty upon arrival and was never cleaned during our entire stay — no cleaning services were provided at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and despite asking twice at reception for proper towels, we were only given small face towels. The staff claimed they don’t have body towels, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, poor cleanliness, no basic amenities, no room cleaning, and unhelpful service — a terrible experience in Milan.

This property is filled with mosquitoes from the lobby to the rooms. My children were bitten and left with swollen body. I can share pictures. If you are going to this property you need to be prepared for this. The staffs are not helpful at all.

Excellent staff especially Yuri but worst experience ever with the property condition. Broken window handles, poor AC, bathroom needs immediate upgrading, broken pool tiles / shower. Not recommended at all.

Lovely swimming pool

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

Wonderful breakfast choice, lovely shower, clean room but could do with updating. Friendly staff, convenient for San Siro Stadium as the metro is on the purple line.

No air con within the property, was so hot within the lobby and bedrooms was like an oven! Bedroom doors dont shut properly so you can hear all doors being slammed to close them, or they want close. Cant comment on restaurant as we ate out to try local foods/restaurants. Wasn't a good experience, and stayed at a good about of Noveltels as we know what we get or got before
