Absolutely amazing staff that offered a fruit platter, free water and complimentary apertivo. Thé bedsheet were slightly stained so we mentioned it to a nearby staff and they had someone in changing the entire bed setting within five minutes.

The room was tidy. Unfortunately it was quite small, with barely enough room outside of the bed. The bed itself was also very loud. A little movement and it would creak. A shame really. Looks like it was a bigger room originally and has been converted into 2 smaller rooms.

It is a very good hotel, if you are looking to go to the Duomo area is the best choice, is less than 10 minutes from there. The staff is very attentive and if I ever come back I will stay at the same place. Sheets and towels are nice and neat and this is an A+ for me. Room Service excellent and a very good price

This new hotel in Milan city center is truly a gem. The staff and management are amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Just 15 minutes walking to the duomo, grocery store few blocksol up highly recommend!
