Love this Hotel
The hotel look pristine. Extremelly clean and all new. Customer service was always excellent in all areas. Special thanks to Silvia the breakfast restaurant manager, and to Andrea the front desk manager on duty for their special customer service dedication to detail. 10 out of 10.stars to both.

Quark is a wonderful hotel, not where we expected, but it's 5 star service outside of Milan, and once you know how to get into town it's a cinch and a joy to be there. Fabulous hotel!

Hotel was very good. Service/breakfast was very good. Wouldn’t stay there again though as the location was terrible. 20 minute walk from the metro. Had to walk through abandoned buildings, ready for demolition. No other habitable buildings nearby. At night there was no lights through those buildings!

Great hotel and facilities, the area where it is located is surrounded of abandoned buildings and there is a lack of streetlights when walking from the tram stop to the hote. A bit scary.

The property overall is modern great customer service, free washer, and dryer after our long vacation. Food was outstanding. Customer service was just totally beyond expectation rumors quirky, but very comfortable. The only drawback is the neighborhood seems like it’s in a revitalization so it seem kind of scary, but other than that really liked it.

The hotel is decent as some parts are renovated well enough, staff are doing their best in a war zone area of Milan where local council is letting this business down. Need to fix damp in some areas of hotel that can effect breathing

Wouldn't stay anywhere else, perfect hotel
This hotel definitely exceeded expectations. Plenty of free parking, really nice interior, the food was really good at the restaurant and the breakfast was great for choice. I got an upgraded room for free which came with balcony and the room and bathroom was huge, would definitely pay the extra money from a standard twin room. Would definitely stay again if i came back to Milan and a easy taxi ride in and out of the center.
