Was a nice room, but with the antique furniture just a little bit to out of repair so was a little inconvenient. Staff was fantastic and friendly, and very walkable to main sites.

We stayed a few days here in the jr suite for my birthday and it was excellent. It is very close to many attractions, very walkable everywhere. It was a 7 minute walk to the Duomo. The jr suite was nice and very big, there was a coffee machine in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks that you can purchase. We paid for the breakfast but it didn’t work out for us because of the timings of our tours, they opened the restaurant at 7:30am. The staff was excellent in every way, I apologize but I don’t remember his name in the front office but he was so kind and helpful that he made dinner reservations for us one night. Niusha another front office staff was one of the most nicest and helpful people I’ve met in my travels. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be back with our children. I highly recommend this small hotel.

We stayed at one of the Via Morigi suites, which was a very nice little apartment. The bed was a little soft for our preference, but no other complaints. Great area in walking distance to tram & train stops, convenience store, shops & restaurants.

First impressions of Santa Marta Suites was not spectacular. The crane 100 feet away from the property was a bit of a downer but was easily overcome by the professional desk staff. They really went out of their way to insure that my stay was enjoyable. They set us up for a fantastic diner at the Trattoria across the street that was one of the best meals we enjoyed in Italy.

The room was great, except no hot water in the shower. We stayed 2 nights and never had hot shower water. Also the directions to get to hotel are confusing if you are driving, as gps doesn’t know that the end of the street is blocked with construction, so can’t find the hotel.
