Stayed here to be close to Malpensa airport for a flight the next day. It’s clean with friendly staff but the real standout is the restaurant that is attached. It’s really good, authentic Italian food without pretense. Free shuttle is another plus.

Everything turned out great and it was super convenient to get to the airport by shuttle. My only complaint would be that the bed wasn’t super comfortable so it was hard to sleep, but good experience overall!

Hotel clean but basic. Good for just an overnight. Nowhere to go without a car. Shuttle was great. Restaurant really good. We arrived early therefore noticed lack of ammenities in area. Arrive in time for dinner and all us good. Staff very friendly!

The hotel communicated with us very well and let us know how to find the door and our key and room after hours since our flight got in late. The room was fine - very simple but clean. Just know that because our flight was late, there was no Airport Shuttle (we did know this ahead of time) but what we didn't know was that the taxi from the airport would cost us 50 euros! So just know that this is the case. The breakfast was nice and the hotel was very close to the train station so we could get into Milan the next day.

Check-in and check-out was so easy, which was great after a long journey. The airport shuttle service was perfect. The guy came and picked us up right after we called the hotel, he helped us with our stuff and he was so nice. He was again waiting for us the next morning to take us back to the airport at the exact right time. Breakfast was very simple, filling enough to get you on with your day. I had an excellent night's sleep, the beds were very comfortable. They gave us a bunk bed for our 2 kids which was perfect. Overall, this was a great place to stay for a night close to the hotel!
