Superb location next to Milan Central Station and Metro. Modern interior, minimalist design. Friendly staff. Should provide slippers for guests as the cement floor in room is cold. Shower cubicle tends to wet the entire toilet when used.

This place should not be a 4 star hotel. The rooms had very basic amenities. We were given one pillow for each person. The bed was uncomfortably hard. The front desk was neither welcoming nor informative. They really did the bare minimum here. It felt like a 2 or 3 star hotel at best. There are many hotels near the Milano Centrale and we would not recommend this one.

It's an amazing 5 nights stay. Both rooms are clean. Location is excellent. Near to train station and both our day trip pick up point.

Unpleasant Surprises

It was annoying not to find slippers and you have to go down to get it from the reception. Also, they advertise that the breakfast is 15 Euros on the website, but when you go there they tell you that only if you buy it with reservation but when you go down it's 20 Euros, and there is no sign to tell you so. You realise it the hard way when you checkout.!

A decent hotel in a good location.

Very friendly staff and amazing location, right near the train station and metro. Bed was comfy and bathroom clean and modern, but the room was small and dark since the windows were tinted. Unfortunately no smart tv meant that all channels were in Italian. 4/5.

Not worth it

We stayed here for two nights. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted beyond 22°C, and we had to request an increase twice the next day because it felt too cold. We were in room 112, and unfortunately, water leaked into the room, making the shoe bags in the corridor wet. Additionally, we were approached by a drunk man around 7:30 PM near the hotel and had to shout to people to help us and call to police. Given these experiences, I would not recommend staying here, especially for females.

Family vacation.

Good overall. Small room but we were able to move the smaller bed and place it next to the main one. That allowed us to place our luggage in that area. Modern and clean are definitely the two main attributes. Lastly, if you’re looking for something close to the Milan Central station, this is it.
