Good location, clean, comfy bed, with some quirks
Comfy bed and good location. Nice hotel and clean. No coffee maker in the room, shower had some temperature and spray issues, and the bathroom light couldn’t be made dim at night time. Overall a good place, but some room for improvement.

Mix up and we had to stay at “sister hotel” next door. It was a little unexpected but they handled Business and got us a good room with view overlooking city. So good for them taking care of the situation. Thank you

Nice small hotel near the the central station
It is very close to the train station, metro exit and the bus to Linate airport. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the lady with short curly blonde hair. I like her smile and all other staff were nice too. The room is fine and the bathroom is clean and modern. However, if the bar table could be changed to regular table and have a small ottoman at the corner, that would be nice.

This is a great place in a convenient location, for restaurants, drinks, Metro, and train. Good value for money. Great air conditioning too! I'd definitely stay here again.

Poor soundproofing, our rooms are on second floor, we can hear people talking on the street. A few minutes walk to Milan Central Station, very convenient, but feel unsafe at night as there are many homeless people sleeping outside of Milan Central station.

The hotel was very nice coming inside but when I got to the room it wasn’t what I expected. The room was very small and I felt cramped during my stay. It was however very close to train station.
