Staff were very friendly and helpful! Checking in was very easy, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the main train station which is super convenient. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at a nice hotel and not break the bank.

Was upgraded on arrival to one of their partner hotels over looking Milan Central! The room was spotless and the staff were super helpful! Breakfast had everything, the only thing lacking was more options for vegans. Highly recommend this group of hotels.

It is quite terrible. The design is very bad. They can't even separate bathing room and toilet. The floor of toilet will be wet for 24 hours after you bath. The curtain is useless. There is no clear indication on how to operate the shower and control the temperature. No place in the bathing room to place your shampoo. You need to walk out to get it. It looks neat and tidy at first place, service also good, but the design is terrible. The management should experience a night in the hotel and understand what should be improved. Good thing is the location, a nice Milanese restaurant nearby and 5 min walk to Centrale.

We, the 6 of us, had a pleasant stay at Spicy Hotel in Milan. It is so close to the train station and subway. It is clean and quiet, the staff is very friend. I like that they have quadruple room option, so 6 of us can book 2 rooms instead of 3. Overall I am happy with everything the hotel had to offer.

It’s only a 4-minute walk to Milano Centrale. It is very accessible to transportation, dining, and shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has enough space. Except for the drunk people outside who were shouting at night, this hotel is perfect.

Excelente opción para hopedarse, muy cómodo, excepto x el aire acondicionado q se encendía automático. Es súper cercano a la estación del tren y metro, lo único incómodo es q por la noche hay vagabundos fuera de la terminal del tren, por lo demás, perfecto !
