Used ours as a hub for going into town so didn’t use many of the facilities nor did we eat there. It did exactly what we needed with it being close to the Metro and walking distance. Only issue is that the lifts were small and didn’t have sensors to stop it closing…but this seems to be a theme across Milan.

We loved staying here for our first stay in a new country. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We loved that we didn’t have to lug our luggage up and down the stairs. The room was so nice and quiet. Also, we had a balcony! If we come back to Milan, Italy, then we will definitely be staying here again.

Terrible hotel, absolutely do not recommend! We arrived in the evening and were told there were no available rooms. The staff were rude, refused to offer any help, refused to assist in finding another nearby hotel, provided no documentation confirming they couldn’t accommodate us, and gave no guarantee of a refund. As a result, we were left without accommodation late at night and had to urgently book another hotel at a much higher price. Absolutely do not recommend — total lack of professionalism and respect for guests.

Lovely hotel.

Wonderful hotel, would definitely stay here again. One idea though, I'm surprised management hasn't put a small ramp on side of steps to roll bags down to check-in from front door entrance. I watched doorman drop bags and watched guests struggle. How can the hotel owners not put a little side ramp against the wall?? Beds very comfortable, rooms beautiful and only a 25 min walk to Duomo. Plenty of shops and cafes around the area. Safe area for families and guests.

Good aria near to shopping and neat to the station, the only thing is the room door doesn’t open easily and the room area is small and the bathroom also small and the bath tub is not suitable for old people.
