The hotel staff was very nice and the room was pretty spacious and clean only minus point for me would be the missing of a Smart TV at least for the night it would have been nice since the hotel seemed so new and luxury I would have expected that. But the best thing was that it was so central you could walk directly to all the different spots and shopping areas. Breakfast had a decent selection especially with changing sweet bakery. Overall definitly a recommend!

Overall a great hotel, but what is it about not letting the guest control the AC in the rooms. The thermostat on the wall is a dummy. You actually have to call downstairs and have the front desk lower the temperature. Anything below 20C or 70F and you'll need some serious negotiations skills. Pretty typical in Europe I guess, but why.

Very large rooms and beautiful bathroom. Close to everything. Staff Brilliant. My wife got sick and they arranged a doctor within an hour. Also allowed us to stay in our room until 6.00 pm for a reduced fee

The Square Hotel was in a perfect location, close to the metro station so easy to get to the Central Station for day trips and 3 minutes walk to Duomo
