The hotel is over designed and although it’s sold as a Malpensa adjacent hotel you actually need to book a shuttle to take you to your terminal. The dining is not great - my pizza looked and tasted like the ones I buy in my US supermarket - after eating phenomenal pizzas during my stay in Italy. The wait staff seemed more interested in clearing/tidying/ table than taking customers orders. They were also loud and chatty with their co workers, which I do not want to hear in a restaurant. The front desk staff were disengaged and the mess behind the front desk was shocking - cupboards open, piles of paperwork spilling out etc…

Nice hotel and very comfortable. But please note that despite being close to Malpensa this is not at the airport and is NOT WALKABLE. You have to get them to send a shuttle (which didn’t work for me) or get a cab (16euros). Once you are there, it is comfortable and the shuttle TO the airport was easy to arrange (20euros). So if you really want something AT Malpensa, this isn’t it. Consider the Sheraton which is actually at T1.

The hotel was great. The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. The pool was nice especially since it was hot and humid when we went. Taxi was expensive even being very close to the airport. They have a shuttle which was cheaper and on time. Nothing near by to walk to or shop. We stayed there because of its convenient location due to a very early flight out of MXP. The restaurant was good and only option to eat around the area. Only bad thing was the a/c wasn’t working well in our room.

It was great, nice property. Regular pick up’s and drop offs to malpensa. Restaurant is pretty expensive but the food was good. Breakfast is definitely worth it.

Perfect!

Perfect spot for taking an early flight from Malpensa. The shuttle to and from the hotel worked seamlessly, room was very well thought out, spacious, very quiet, dinner was good, service was great. I would definitely stay here again if flying out of Milan.
