My stay here was quick but checked all the boxes. I was too tired to go anywhere, but was able to enjoy wonderful cocktails at the bar while visiting with other travelers and the very friendly bartender. Even ordered dinner “to go” so I could eat in the comfort of my room before crashing in the luxurious bed. Breakfast in the restaurant/lobby was wonderful- everything from hot “American favorites” to Euro pastries, fresh fruit, etc… anything you could want. Definitely recommend!

1. No consideration for when our train was significantly delayed to Milano Centrale so had to make the trek at almost 1 AM to this hotel because one night would not be waived. Major train outage at Roma Termini 2. Toiletries not stocked in the bathroom. Called housekeeping from my personal cell incurring charges to get this done and STILL wasn’t fulfilled. 3. Phone never worked. Resulted in my having to go down to the front desk multiple times with NO resolution. 4. Refrigerator was not working when we checked in 5. Housekeeping never thoroughly cleaned the room. There were still crumbs on the floor when we returned at the end of the night 6. Safe was not working when we checked in. 7. The WiFi is piss poor here. Never a stable connection on any of our devices. Front desk provides a shoulder shrug as a solution
