Roberto at front desk was phenomenal! Great price for a great hotel! Full Breakfast buffet with everything. Dinner at their restaurant was delicious with affordable prices! We will come back!

Very convenient for those who drive and also easy access to Metro for a quick ride into the city center. Ample parking on site. Not a good neighborhood to walk around - close to the highway.

Excellent stay
Was a great stay. Clean, quiet, cozy, helpful staff are all eligible descriptors for this wonderful place. The breakfast was delicious. The one thing to earn this a 6/5 would be the a/c was the best. Everything else made up for it though. Tip: ask Eliza at the front for a map with eating and tour recommendations. We were lucky enough to try all the tastes of Verona and see all the sights in the 24 hours we stayed.

Great place to stay.
Roberto and Giovanna were professional and kind in helping us to store luggage until check in time. We were able to walk around or rest in lobby area. There is bar and restaurant if you need a meal. Check in went well; internet was down, but Roberto was patient and kind. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. All 4 adults fit well. We had a balcony and patio. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.

The rooms were to hot and you couldn't turn on the air conditioner, when I told them my problem, they said it was not possible to switch the air conditioner, we opened the windows and we had a lot of mosquitoes. And sadly we had to spend two nights there
