Front desk staff is rude, abrupt and very unfriendly. They seemed bothered when we asked simple questions. Upon check out I was over charged the city tax, unfortunately I did not check my statement until I was at the train station. Ask for your receipt, they don’t automatically give it to you.

I was a Gold VIP customer however was not great as. The cleaning crew was bad you have to beg for a towel. 2 days in a row i was notifying that we are 3 people and the cleaning crew only put 2 towels . We wont be staying at this hotel next time. The area was close location but it was a major construction project going.

Great place with a great location within walking distance to everywhere. The only downside would be the shower, extremely difficult to get into with a really high bathtub, with no safety bars, so basically a death trap if you are not extremely carefull. Other than that really good place
