Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in Milan. The Uptown Palace was a terrific "pad" for doing that. Nicely located away from all of the tourists but close enough to enjoy. Our room was nicely sized, clean and sunny. We enjoyed breakfast one morning which was complete and tasty. We hope to be back one day!

Checking in was excellent, even giving us a free upgrade, however the rest of this stay was disappointing. No complimentary room service, no replacement or topping up of room facilities and no working Wi-Fi. This was at best at three star hotel and we would not stay here again.

A good location near the Duomo.

The Uptown Palace in Milan was perfectly located, close to all the historic sites I wanted to visit and the shops I was excited to explore. It was just a short walk to the Duomo, which was the highlight of my time in the city. The nearby restaurants made it easy to grab a bite to eat and then head out to explore more of Milan on foot. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in our room didn’t work efficiently, but since the weather was on the cooler side, it wasn’t a major problem. Overall, this was a great hotel for the price and an excellent base for discovering Milan.
