This time around at our Ambassador stay, the room we were placed in was not as tidy than what we are accustomed to from our favorite Milwaukee Hotel! The bathroom floor was visibly dirty and the carpets had not been vacuumed with tiny bits of trash and dirt. Nonetheless, we always enjoy making the trip to Milwaukee, and this small oversight will not impede our decision to come and stay again!

Service was not a appropriate and the staff are very nasty and has indifferent towards people who are different then them. Beds are filled with bed bugs. No heat. No cooperation with staff or waitresses or server. Inside Starbucks the servers cheat customers. not fair service. Staff were very hostile and rude.

Free shuttle was very nice. Around around didn’t seem real safe so wouldn’t walk anywhere. Have a free shuttle was super and they were great. Rooms very nice! Very clean and spacious
