Roomy and good location.

We were in an accessible room. Nice and roomy. The shower, however, was leaking water all over the floor due to a leak in the rubber barrier that is intended to prevent this. Other than that, good location with restaurants within walking distance.

I have just two suggestions: 1 - add more movie choices. Not much to choose from. 2 - put a magnifying mirror in bathroom. Those of us who need reading glasses cannot have our glasses on while applying make-up, etc. Thank you.

The room was a nice king sized room. There was a small table that could be used as a desk. It had minimal amenities. No coffeemaker or microwave but there was a fridge.

We were impressed! The smart minimalist room decor was a delightful change from the average standard hotel room! The modern clean and practical layout was perfect. The roomy walk-in shower with the soap dispensers was great! Friendly staff, nice breakfast sandwiches, fruit, bagels, yogurt and toppings, along with granola bars and, I’m not kidding, freshly ground coffee and fruit juice, all for easy to carry out too! This Avid hotel gets our top ratings! Totally a 10!

Check in for spring break get away with son. Brandon and the rest of the staff was helpful and professional in getting us set up with our room as we stopped by before check in. Upon return from nearby family entertainment, was all set up with a nice room. Coffee station and room were all first class and much appreciated.
