It's hard to post this because honestly- The staff and the cleanliness is the best thing about this property. It's not a great neighborhood - but right across from VA hospital - so maybe it's expected. Selina was AMAZING - she had very little support staff as we checked in Xmas eve.. but she managed moving us around until we had a room with an oven - but each room had something missing or wrong with it. The pool is HUGE - the jacuzzi was HOT.. the place was SUPER CLEAN.. so I would say in that it was a 10 out of 10.. it just took a lot to get there.

The alarm clocks in the room went off at 6am it just wasn’t my room you could hear them go off in both rooms on each side and down the hall ways. Pillows are terrible they said they have no other and had no answer or apologies for the alarms
