I was absolutely disappointed in my stay the young lady at the front desk was no help and was very rude our room smelled horrible and she told me there was nothing she could do about it but give us a bottle of spray to help with the smell we tried to put the A/C unit on to help with the smell and it was lagging and she gave me attitude about that as well.

This was an excellent hotel. It was extremely clean, and the customer service was fantastic. Angie call to confirm that I did need a handicap room. Angie and Dawn were super nice.

The room was very spacious, clean and had great amenities in room. Full kitchen was great! The only thing is that as soon as you opened room there was a strong smell. I went to front desk and asked to be switched but they were sold out. She did give me a spray but it was only a temporary fix. If it was not for that score would of been higher. We did pay quite a bit for room so that was a little of a disappointment.
