The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only complaint would be the air conditioner was loud and you could hear the water running in the bathroom upstairs. Not too obnoxious but louder than usual. The breakfast is very good.

Good value for price. Texas Roadhouse essentially across the street is very convenient. The TV/cable is a convoluted mess which was annoying. Breakfast was ok since it was included.

The room was right above the kitchen ( very loud at 1 am) and outside was a very bright from a Home Depot right outside. Ask for 3rd floor or at least not to have the room below the kitchen!!!!
