Staff members were very pleasant to deal with and even called our room after checking in to insure we were satisfied with how the room was. The hotel itself seems to be in good shape and getting updated. I would say only issue I noticed was when other people were in hallways I could hear them talking clearly. The door on my room has a large gap between door and frame where I could see light and would explain why I could hear conversations clearly. Room was clean and heat worked well. All in all it was good for the night I needed at a price point that was affordable.
