The flooring, bedding, in room television, bathtub needs to updated. The customer service could have been better, none front desk attendants were welcoming, or helpful. Breakfast selections could be better weekdays and weekends. There was what appeared to be blood on the curtains, some sheets were stained. The best part about the stay was the location.

I had a terrible night at this hotel. The guests in the room next to mine were playing extremely loud music well into the night (3-4am). I repeatedly called the front desk and was told that they had called the guests who said they would "keep it down." On one occasion, they did lower the volume for about 30 minutes before turning it up again. I was extremely disappointed that the hotel staff either could not, or would not, take control of the situation. In thend I left the hotel at 4:30am because there was no hope of sleeping. The worst night I have had in a hotel ever.

Nice breakfast, nice room setup. Didn’t care for noise in hall because a busload of sports teens also stayed on the weekend, although they were polite & energetic. They quieted down after 10:30 pm. I Liked the pool and the exercise room & it was cleaned well by this male janitor, although the container for cleaning wipes (to clean machine handles) was empty x 2 days.

The shower was still dirty with copious amounts of hair still present and pool area was still dirty the next morning with beer cans and towels all over the place. Bed was comfy and easy to get to off the highway. Breakfast was decent for a continental meal
