Room was run down, bathroom door around handle was sticky to piint i would not touch without towel, TV in bedroom area was broken, the room door would not lock unless you pulled up and forward with all your body weight until you heard a click even inside you had to put body into get the door to lock. They had no towels in pool area and there was group having birthday celebration with cake and pizza being eaten by kids and them jumping right into pool - why is food allowed in pool area??. broken balloons all over - only one open table/ chairs as they claimed rest and all the towels so none left for other guests. Yes piles of clean towles on their tables. Also they had wedding celebration which was very loud you would think they would not book room adjacent to the confernwce room knowing how loud and disruptive this would be to other gueats who were trying to sleep after traveling. They were very respective to our complaint about the TV and replacement was promptly installed. But overall very disappointed in my stay this time.

The room smelled very musty. I would have asked for a different room but it was extremely busy and the room had opening windows, so we left one open to help. The shower was nice with really good water pressure. The Champps Americana was very convenient and good food.

The elevator was down all weekend . There was a group of children that were there and they were loud, running up and down hallways. They didn’t settle down till 1:30 am . Let’s just say I was not the at my best for the wedding I was attending.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean and quiet. The pool was the cleanest I have ever seen at any hotel and we loved the hot tub. Room was large and comfortable.
