The key for the door didn't work the 3 times I tried it. I had to climb the stairs to the second floor twice. Since the elevator was down. This is with my luggage. Desk person gave me a different room on the second floor again. Walked back to the room & tried the key again. Same result, didn't work. Walked back down to the front desk. Told them about the issue. Asked for a first floor room. was given one. Front desk person came with me to make sure the key worked. Both of them failed. He had to use his override key to allow me into my room. He did get me two keys that did work. tookover 10 minutes. This wasn't a very good exeperience for me since I'm disabled & had to climb the stairs twice. Not happy at all.

Breakfast was great. Many options. Hot tub was nice. Wish the music would have been a tad louder. Also no towels at the pool. The room needs some updates.especially the curtains and bathroom.
