The room was clean, hotel as well. Pool hours are very good Water temp as well. Entrance to hotel from back was hard. No ramp, high step and i cant do steps without a rail. A little more breakfast variety world be nice. I had 3 breakfasts , potatoes and bacon would be nice.

Fantastic staff

The staff at this hotel is fantastic. We had a room 333 which was subpar, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets etc. We requested a new room (335) which was much better. I really appreciated their kindness and help

For a discounted price is was not terrible. Would never pay more than 120/night though. stain on floor, shower didn't drain and released black chunks when trying to open drain more, and spots on bathroom door that looked suspiciously like dried blood droplets. As somewhere to lie your head not terrible, but this would never be my first choice

Great customer service and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good too with hot offerings for the price. Loved that 2 restaurants were on site for our convenience. And hot tub/pool had late hours for our enjoyment after visiting Milwaukee, Chicago and family. Clean and very good value for price, convenient for shoppers and expressways.

The fridge in my room did not work, the employees all acted as if they didn’t speak English after the lovely Brianna checked us in. The elevator was not the best either. It seemed to keep getting stuck. Only had pork options for breakfast as well. Loved that the pool stayed open a little late, however when we arrived hot tub we down at first. Everything else was ok, for the area and the price I would have liked a better experience.
