Check in was extremely difficult, representative did not speak English well and he was very rude. Told me my card declined. He was putting in the wrong cvc code. My father is handicap and he told him to move away from the check in desk while he was trying to keep his balance. We finally get to the room the couch in the room had big gapping holes in it with the padding hanging out. We ask for another room the tv doesn’t work in the second room. We get to the third room and the sound doesn’t work on the tv. We asked an housekeeper where the elevator was she held up her hand and scurried off thru a side door. This hotel is very run down, bad customer service, they double charged my card for the hotel room then told me I couldn’t get a receipt or a print out of the charges I’d have to contact Expedia. I do not recommend this almost ruined my thanksgiving. Because it’s in Brookfield a really nice area you’d think it would be a better hotel. Stay away!!!

The check in was very straightforward, and when we got to our room, everything was working except the television. Was only offered a room change, when we were already settled in. It’s all around very average and carpets are outdated. Will consider returning for another stay.

I was very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. My expectations were not high, but the hotel did not come close to meeting them. Perhaps the most troubling thing was the bugs in the room. I saw and killed at least three. In addition, the settee in the room was falling apart, and very rough stitching was used to hold the cushion together. I was there 3 nights and never received housekeeping. The general appearance of the room was "run down."

Location was very convenient for us to travel. Breakfast offerings were same as most motels. Did not use the pool, but lists a whirlpool which they did not have. The configuration/layout of rooms required lots of walking to find the only elevator. The location was very quiet, our room was perfectly fine, with frig, MW, and coffee maker.
