We were in Milwaukee to celebrate our 37 year anniversary. Unfamiliar with the area, but Crown Plaza was a perfect spot to navigate from. Room was clean and quiet even though it was on first floor. Enjoyed the made to order omelet and pancakes in the morning. Fresh fruit was great. We don't typically eat breakfast at hotel, but this one was well worth it. Front desk and hotel staff very friendly. This is a very busy hotel, but run well. Will stay again if we get back up this way.

The couch and tv's are very outdated. And the bed was very uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Still a great hotel and location because its not that far from the airport, and it's on the outskirts of the city but not too far from the city.

It is a 10 minute drive from the airport. The hotel service was great with giving me a room 4 hours before check in time. The room was spacious and clean.

Super small room for a king executive room. Hallways smelled like dead mice. NO microwave. Fridge small with no freezer option. Staff didn’t know bedding for the pull out couch. Didn’t have extra pillows for pull out couch. Restaurant was over priced for the options. Coffee shop inside hotel didn’t have many options.
