What I didn't like was the fact tgat I worked for crowne plaza in madison and the toilet wasnt working but maintenance came and fixed it. Furthermore, something bit my husband's arm and back. No one from the hotel reached out to us nor was we accommodated for anything. Pool had tok much chlorine and it bothered my asthma, so I could'nt enjoy that. I was very upset upon leaving. There was some type of bug in that room. I am very displeased about the stay there.

Its slipping.
I previously stayed here a couple times per year but hadnt been here in about 2 years. It is beginning to fall into disrepair. Had to be moved from 1st room because bathroom was filthy. Looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag. 2nd room was on a floor where the hallway smelled like weed for the entire first day.
