The hotel was rated as 3.5 stars. There is no way that was true. The hotel was old, dated and very dirty. I was very disappointed with my decision my stay.

This hotel is always been the want to go when I’m in Milwaukee. The only thing is some of the rooms are start showing in need of maintenance and I hope this hotel doesn’t go into the decline but other than that, it’s always been good to me

Just spending a night in Milwaukee between a night Bucks game and a Brewer's day game. Location wasn't bad for these events. This hotel was a bargain based on cost and cleanliness.

Here's a breakdown feedback: **Positive Aspects:** * **Comfortable and Nice Rooms:** You found the rooms to be pleasant and comfortable. * **Clean Bathrooms:** The cleanliness of the bathrooms was a positive point. * **Amazing Cleaning Staff:** You specifically praised the cleaning staff for their excellent service. * **Overall Comfortable Stay:** Despite the issue, you still considered the stay comfortable. **Negative Aspects:** * **Rude Front Desk Staff:** The interaction with the "heavy set mean af" black girl at the counter was a significant issue. Called last week before our arrival to ask if the hotel bar would be open. They told me yes. We had a group of 8. Upon arrival bar was closed in a friday night. Went to breakfast service was amazing by Becky. Felt sorry she was the only server and she did a. amazing job. She did have a group that walked out before she wasn’t attentive due to all the tables she had by herself.
