Room was good, clean and comfortible. A couple of thinga to improve, I think it is great that you offer coffe machine in the room, but would sad that there was not any water. In terms of food, it would be great to offer eggs on breakfast as other hotel chains. Personnel was ok, not as freiendly as other places but not rude,

The toilet was not anchored. Drapes did not close, brights shining in. Breakfast is a muffin or danish or fruit. Used q-tips in bathroom. Beds not comfortable.

The room I stayed in didn’t have refrigerator. The continental breakfast was even worse blueberry muffins both morning and Apple or orange nothing else choose from. Staff was kinda rude. If you book through a third party there’s hidden fees.

My only issue is that I had to wait two nights to get TV service. I was told that im able to receive a discount for the inconvenience of moving to a different room twice, one of which didn't have a working refrigerator

My stay here was worth the price. The hotel and our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Was able to get a good sleep, very quiet and relaxing. Would like to know what they put in there air infiltration system, the entire hotel smells amazing. The only complaint is the hot tub out of use , was looking forward to that. Also restaurant and bar were closed, but they did offer some free grab and go breakfast items and coffee bar. Would definitely stay here again .

A bed had a strain and hair in the sheets but the laundry person was out so no clean sheets. Could have changed rooms but I was already unpacked. Asked for an extra comforter to sleep on top of the other comforter. Had to have the staff reprogram my room keys 2 times.....
