Yikes yikes yikes

Stayed for 2 nights and had to be in 3 different rooms total. Got there and our first rooms toilet didn’t work so they put us in another room. The second room had water seeping up under the floor boards and the mini fridge leaked all over during the middle of the night and soiled our food. They then put is in a third room, which was nice and didn’t have functional issues, but each room was heavily banged up. The overall housekeeping of the rooms was poor, each had zero hand soap and dirty floors. Kinda gave the overall vibe of none of the staff really caring. When we got back to the hotel on our second night, we heard another group of people staying there asking for a different room because their room had flooded while they were out. Overall very poor maintenance of the place and management.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years

My father was in the hospital in Milwaukee and my uncle booked a room for my 83 year old mother. I booked with hotels.com through Klarna in the same hotel. It was advertised as a Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham and it pales in comparison to actual Wyndham Suites I’ve stayed in. The rooms were nothing like the pictures and they had dingy carpet all through the hallways, the overall cleanliness was poor at best. The beds had loud springs that were noisy whenever you moved. I can’t remember the last time I slept on springs. There was also what looked like a blood stain on one of my towels. My mother stayed there for 4 nights and housekeeping didn’t clean her room one time. When she needed fresh towels she was told there’s no one that can bring them to her room and that she’d have to come down to the lobby and get them. Overall, I couldn’t be more disappointed by the overall quality of the hotel. The service was terrible and the conditions were just as bad.

Hotel Stay from Hell!

We chose this property based on Wyndom reputation. Several things were wrong…shuttle was not available, breakfast was poor, room was not cleaned and towels not replaced overnight . This was worst experience I’ve had in a long time.

Checked into room around 6 pm. When I got into the room there was so much spilt mess on the floor my shoes were sticking. Table tops, floors, and cabinets all had visible messes not cleaned. No towels or soap in the bathroom. Food from last person still out on a dresser. Went and complained to the front desk and they told me “the mop was locked in the closet but they’ll cuss out the cleaning staff” for me. Left for a 5 hour event and came back to nothing cleaned or restocked. Will not be returning and would recommend others to go to a different hotel.

I would not recommend nor stay here again. Our room was ok... thankfully the bathroom was clean and the beds were clean. The floor and furniture were sticky and dusty/grimy. Everything there is just really tired. The stairs to the lobby were disgusting. They were very understaffed... which was confusing and chaotic. Only saw one staff member with a shirt with a logo- so it was hard to tell who worked there. A teenager came to our door and asked us a question about a cart - We had no idea if he worked there until he asked how our stay was so far. I was told by multiple folks (including the teen) that they would bring up sheets/blanket for the fold out couch -- I offered to come down and get it --- but they insisted that someone would bring it up. No one ever did so we asked at the desk some hours later. At night the desk was unattended but we did see someone who may have been staff being screamed at by angry guests in the second floor hallway about wanting a refund. The breakfast situation was weird -- lots of signs not to take more than one item -- and was "staffed" by someone who seemed to work there, but our only confirmation was that they were complaining loudly about how awful it was to work there to another staff. One bright spot was that they had a shuttle service! The driver was very friendly and knowledgable.

Room 311 needs some love- and a plumber. The sink leaks from the base of the faucet so the counter is flooded. The shower leaks from the head & drips all night and the toilet runs every 90 seconds. I tried to fix it but the flapper seems to be the wrong size. Some lights in the room are out. I was there for 4 days. The room had 2 towels not really folded so I assume they were new.. No small towels just empty towel bars.

The beds were great. So were the staff.

Staff was great, however the hotel itself was in poor condition. The beds were comfy and it was clean, but the paint was bubbling on the ceiling in the bathroom and in our friends room the window was held up with a board.
