The overall hotel room was average. The service was below average. TV options such as Netflix and YouTube which were provided weren’t connected. When calling the front desk we were told somebody would come up to help, nobody arrived. That 20 dollar check in fee is ridiculous considering the conditions of the room.

I was surprised that the lobby smells like if there was somebody smoking weed around. Also, the bed sheets and pillows had very strong bleach smell. Breakfast is very cheap.

Dissatisfied

This hotel needs a complete face-lift. Not very clean, especially in the lobby and common areas. So much so, that we never even thought to get even a cup of coffee when we left. Cleaning supplies and linen carts left in the hall. No TV remote in the room, so had to ask for one. The platform bed was comfortable over all, but the metal platform was VERY noisy. We probably wouldn't have stayed if we had any other reasonable option, but everything was full or very expensive because the NCAA Tournament was in town. The parking lot was full (not the hotel's fault), so we had to park on the street. Would not recommend, unless lots of changes made.
