Everything was great except for the food was not the standard Hilton food; breakfast was mediocre rather than cooked to order like the way I am used to with going to Hilton's and is the number one reason I choose to stay at a Hilton because of the great breakfast I look forward to. Also checking in I was told I had to have a $250 deposit because I booked from a 3rd party (hotels.com) and I live locally which was a complete shock and caused a huge inconvenience for my family so next time we will have to choose a different hotel now that we know about this unfair, unnecessary, and unexpected deposit fee. It's too bad because my family loves Hilton hotels and this location is near our house but we will have to travel further now to avoid the extra charges and get a good Hilton breakfast.

The manager Roxanne was nasty and very rude. I have always preferred to stay at anything Hilton and I know I will have a great stay out if there is an issue it’s usually rectified and I was treated so horribly by that manager I could not believe that Hilton would hire someone so nasty.

From the moment we came there I felt unwelcome especially when the manager told me one noise complaint and I will kick u out. Who wants to here that coming there then u said it was running coming from the room when I have teenagers and all of them where to scared to move because they way the lady came off when we first came. Then u tell me well someone complainted u are running in the room and if u want to leave u can but one more complaint and u have to go I honestly think she came to the room to check to see what people were in there because she said u are not allowed to have any visitors even if they don’t stay. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she was like I’m the manager. Well everyone has someone above them. My kids did not enjoy themselves and the only reason I didn’t cancel everything from jump it was my daughter’s birthday. It was later staff at night that was welcoming but the manager was not. Plus when we checked in she was with 2 other women and one just kept staring like what are u doing here with an ugly face. And when I checked out same thing happened cause it was the same manager so just so I wouldn’t be charged for bs I have to video tape the room and handing in room keys so they wouldn’t say it was damages cause if u can lie about kids running which I have teenage kids and they weren’t u would lie about damage or other stuff. We been going there the last 2 years and never experienced what we did last night. And excessive cleaning fee will charged

In addition to the very enjoyable experience of the hotel, The Corner House restaurant is outstanding. Our waitress was outstanding, as well. A word regarding the parking deck: For hotel guests, swapping the entrance and exit would be much more convenient. Also, has any thought been given to installing a keycard reader on the hotel entrance from the restaurant? Security would be enhanced and guests would not be inconvenienced. Thanks, -J
