Only Hotel, in a two year motorcycle trip that did not and as I understand will not allow motorcycles canopy parking. This is a safety and courtesy for extremely small vehicles. Also lost parking spots for vehicles.

When I was checking in there was an accident and they closed the pool. I booked the hotel to use the pool with my kids. Unfortunately, when i got there they told me the pool might be closed for the remainder of the day. The African male told us I would be be able to get a refund. I got just an email that said they denied my refund saying my child did a blackflip which is incorrect. My child never went into the pool area so how dare you accuse my child of something they didnt do.

Excellent service from staff. Specifically front desk Terrance. My wife even stopped her debit card in the lobby and he called and said they had it at the desk. He was very personable during check in. Hotel was kept very clean only complaint was could not set the temperature higher in our room not a usual complaint because room was about 62. Other then that will be back to stay again.

Staff barely wanted to interact with my families and I. As we were checking in, we observed staff give clear and welcoming instructions to another family and when it was our turn to check in it was totally different. We were barely welcomed, didn’t get the proper room number, and over all weird vibes from the staff at the front desk.
