Came to town for a concert. Room was ready early, clean, and spacious. Key cards worked appropriately and inspectors were on site doing routine updates. Breakfast was good, staff clearly available to help with our wants or needs and checking out was quick and easy

Clean good breakfast.Everything in neighborhood closed by 9. We walked to brewers game. Good 15 min walk. Plenty of others were walking in the same route. So it felt safer at night. No microwave but had a fridge.

All we could hear was the adults and kids stomping and running around above us. At times their lound stomping vibrated the headboard. Got woke up by their stomping each morning around 5:30am. My phone would not call front desk and when I went down and asked for a room transfer or for them to talk to the people above us, nothing happened and I was ignored on getting a transfer. I don't recommend this hotel.
