The noise coming through the windows of traffic was loud, had to turn up the tv. Our room had an electrical hazard and refrigerator problem which we reported to the staff and the USA flag outside was in extremely poor condition.

The sofa was very uncomfortable. The bed is uncomfortable. TV and remote control did not function correctly. There was no ironing board in the room. The WiFi disconnected several times during my two night stay. The dishwasher was full of clean items. The room clean.

Well I didn't like the room I understand that they allow pets but the people with no pets or never had a pet should not be in a room where pets where or have damage a room that I should had to stay in the room was dirty wasn't properly clean and sticky floor I just wasn't happen with it

Expiring door keys, loud appliances, not great.

An extended stay hotel where one clerk said “no one stays here more than one night” as my room key expired 5 times in a 9-night stay. The dishwasher is very loud and kept us up. The hallway consistently smelled like marijuana. The bed was uncomfortable and room layout awkward. It was hard to access the closet. The elevator did not work some times. All of the soaps and toiletries were watered down and low quality, definitely not the Dove on the label. Housekeeping did a decent job and one of the front desk staff was kind and professional. Everyone else was silent and could not be bothered. I will not return.
