I was in milwaukee for business, stayed at the hotel before and had a great experience. However i was running to a meeting and asked for a later check out for like 30mins. Front desk operator asked me my room information and then said no, because i used a 3rd party to reserve my room, only members can get a late checkout. I tried calling the front desk at 6am, but the phone didnt work, no dial tone, no service, no static nothing, my nightstand was dirty, my shower wall was filthy, soap dispenser was empty, offered free breakfast, but was limitied to what you could get/choose from, just was not a good weekend stay for me. Never will check back in to this Holiday Inn
