Very nice stay

I really liked the friendliness of everyone there. It felt like coming home each time I returned to the hotel. It's not fancy, but it is very nice and funcional. The room is clean and large, the hot tob is great and I also used the gym multiple times. The a la carte breakfast that was included was basic but good and the buffet on the weekends was perfect. Josh and the other staff members were very friendly and efficient. The location was excellent for the places I needed to go and the free parking is great.

While the staff was amazing, the rest of the stay was not. The carpet tiles were coming up all over the property. The pool area was filthy and the hot tub was a shade of yellow green I had never seen before....no supervision of about 13 kids 2 towels the place was just filthy....will never stay with your hotel chain again.......

Check in was easy. The lady had us sign up for IHG rewards and then we received a complimentary coupon for breakfast for two the next day. The room was standard and it faced the river which was nice. There were two issues. One was easily fixed- our key didn't work for the pool. It was changed twice and when we went back again the front desk lady also tried hers and it wasn't working, but she let us in using a set of keys. The second was breakfast....I'm grateful we received a coupon bc breakfast was it lackluster at the least. They were out of many things at the same time, and the place was empty at about 8:30. They had no coolers for milk/yogurt. They had no place for water. I had to ask and she filled it behind a bar. They had cereal, so maybe I would have had to ask for milk for that as well. Who knows. They did have hot options, toast, cereal, and that's about it. Very small considering we'd have had to pay for this. So I'd stay there again for sure, just not get breakfast there

When we arrived, the lobby was somewhat dirty and hadn't been vacuumed in sometime. In our original room, there were crumbs on the floor and the bedding appeared dirty, with hair noted on the pillows and other debris on the bedding. We contacted the front desk. The staff was incredibly receptive to our complaints and put us in a new room. This room was cleaner; however, the toilet was broken, flushing/draining very slowly. Our family was in town for a youth sporting event, and needed to get out of the door quickly in the morning. Breakfast was late being set out, forcing us to leave without being able to enjoy the breakfast we paid for. The staff was friendly and helpful, it just overall felt like a somewhat neglected property.

Didn't like a used wash towel was left hanging over shower curtain, didn't notice it until I went to take a shower. I was told at check in the 4th floor would be nice and quiet which was just the opposite. Paid in advance for breakfast included but couldn't get breakfast the next morning because I wasn't given coupons when I checked in.Thete was no microwave oven in the room. Will never go there again 😤!!!

It was ok until the last night was next to a room full of kids that was not supervised you can tell on how much noise we heard all night the staff was nice I appreciate that allot the pool area was nice didn’t get a chance to get in the pool but we got in the hot tub and got right back out it was dirty but my service overall was okay
