We were in town for a high school reunion and found this hotel to be very convenient in location. The staff members were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

Overall, my stay was excellent, and the staff was very welcoming. I only had two issues: first, the bed linens are AWFUL! They are paper thin, and the fitted bottom sheet came off 5 times during the night. Everything was clean so that's not the issue--they were just thin and tacky. Second, despite being granted a late checkout, the maid service disturbed me three times--first waking me up at 8:15 a.m., second knocking again when I had just gotten out of the shower at 10:15, and third time at 11:10 when I was on the phone. What is confusing about the term "late checkout?" At least they should have "Do Not Disturb" signs for their doors. The desk clerk was very apologetic, but still...

It was AH-MAZING!!! Everyone was so beyond pleasant & had a wonderful time. Room was clean & outstanding. Pool was warm & relaxing with the salt water warm pool, they promoted it & succeeded. My mom & a fabulous time there & look forward to coming back. The complimentary warm breakfast was lovely, as well. Definitely recommend ling to friends & family & whoever else is looking for a place to stay. Grear pricing for a FAB stay!!! Definitely check it out, you wont regreat it!

I did not like the fact that the refrigerator did not work. I called night staff and let her know when I arrived & she said it would be fixed soon as staff came on duty... At 6pm, it was still not working so I checked out. I got the hotel because I needed the refrigerator. It was on the highest setting.... I verified with staff, , but it never got even cool. My only qualm was the refrigerator.

We stayed here for two nights and our entire stay was great. There’s a younger girl who works at the front desk who remembered my dog’s name (Ladybug) and went out of her way to help everyone including other staff. I wish I could remember her name but I can tell you, she’s a true asset to this facility. Great experience and we’d stay here again.
