The breakfast had a great variety. The only 1 thing I didn't like was that the microwave is no longer in the room. I had to go downstairs to the dining area to warm up my food.

Was expecting it to be a little bit more cleaner. It was just your average hotel not like your most Hyatts close to the airport, but however, not to my liking at all. It’s definitely time for renovations. It’s really old.

I had to cancel at the last minute as I couldn’t stay that night. The hotel wouldn’t give me a refund and was going to charge me a penalty. I had to book another hotel the next day. I was not happy! I think Hotels.com could have helped me out since I’m a silver member.

Close to airport. Friendly staff. Great shuttle. On time. Clean, but curtains let in too much parking lot light, rooms next door too loud and beds do not sleep well
