I accidentally left my air pods in the room on Jan 5th. Instead of the cleaning staff turning them into the front desk, I tracked them through apple’s find my app the next day to a residential apartment complex in Milwaukee. So much for honesty. Won’t be coming back again.

Great place to stay for events at the Fiserv Center which is a 10-minute walk. Hotel has a great breakfast and feels very safe and secure. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and it's possible to park next to the hotel at no charge.

Having spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, I have high standards for customer service. This hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service. One notable feature is their selection of gluten-free and non-dairy options, which many hotels often overlook, even now in a time where so many people have allergies. They clearly label all food items, making it easy to identify their ingredients. I believe the food manager's name was either Gladys or Gloria, and she was an absolute pleasure to interact with! We plan to return to Milwaukee in January, and this hotel will be our top choice. Additionally, checking in with my service dog was a smooth process, and the staff was very accommodating towards him. Overall, we loved our stay, including the exceptional customer service, valet, and housekeeping.

Perfect Downtown Milwaukee Stay!
From check-in to check-out, it was a perfect stay! Great location, especially for a Hyatt Place. 3 minute walk to Fiserv Arena which is why we were in town. The people working the place were as nice as can be. Highly recommend and will stay here again!
