Kind and helpful staff, lovely facility. The only downside is that the open concept building design means sound from the lobby carries up to the rooms more so than in a traditional hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this Hyatt 45 yrs ago. We loved it then. The hotel is showing wear. Breakfast buffet cold Outlets in room some aren't working No maid service for two days. Complained then someone came. Positives The staff is very friendly The views of the city at the Polaris Room which used to be a restaurant revolving still has amazing views We will not be back.
