My heat didn’t work in my original room got to that room the heat didn’t work. The lady at check out who stated she was the manager was highly unpleasant and short with me offered no empathy or anything . Then when I called in regards to my issue asking that the hotel manager gives me a call never called me back every time I’m reaching out to the hotel no answers an the run arounds.

I liked the location and the easy and convenient parking. The staff was very friendly and polite. The surrounding area of the property could use some cleaning. The sky walk had garbage in the same spot when we arrived and left the next day. But I also blame that on people that can not clean up after themselves.

Our family stay was wonderful , the only thing that I was not to satisfy was the front desk service. During check in and checking out I noticed airlines guests coming in to check in are treated with more attention meaning I was waiting to check out in line , the receptionist saw me waiting but then had me waiting even more when the flight crew came in putting me to the side while they took care of them.
