They gave us the wrong room at first because what we booked wasn’t available. They corrected it moving us to a king the next day, and refunded the amount I was quoted from the price the gave us when we checked in.

Do not get a room at this hotel

First off there were no locks on the doors. The bathroom was disgusting. Pubic hairs in the Jacuzzi tub. The bottom of the toilet was gross. The TV services was horrible and the Wi-Fi buffered a lot.

Room was unacceptable on all levels. Walls were stained with blood. Toilet seat was stained and dirty. Stains were in the sheets and blankets. And after one day of stay I tried to get a refund for the remaining 2 days I had left and they were not willing to honor my request. They only offered to either move my room, or I reschedule for a later date. Terrible experience!

Uncomfortable and dirty.

Everything was dirty, carpet was threadbare. We had two rooms and one had bags over the smoke detectors. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and no garbage cans. The beds were uncomfortable and the couches were sagging and dirty.

La Quinta reasonable great location.

The carpet was not very clean spots and some pieces of dirt. There was no plug to take a bath and no toilet paper holder. There outdoor sign “La Quinta” has only a few letters lit snd it’s been like that for 3 years at least. It can be hard to spot at night. I also requested a low floor and was on the top floor. Beds were good snd the personnel is always great. Breakfast offerings good.

Dirty Nasty Room

Hello I recently just stayed there and my room was horrible!! It was filthy I was so disgusted I didn’t even use the hot tub. I will like a refund because there is no way a room should have been sold like that. I have photos I will be attaching so you can see the filth!!

Horrible.

It wasn’t good at all! The check in was awful. The person at the front desk tried to tell me I had two room when I only needed one. He was trying to charge me for an extra room. He didn’t think I had my confirmation. He didn’t want to believe me. Very rude and disrespectful. The room itself was bad. Hairballs everywhere is the bathroom. Stains on the couch, bed, floor, walls, and more. Says smoke free, but there was smokers on the floor and it was awful to smell that. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Not that many options. Very small portions. I would rate this hotel -1 star. From the desk clerk at check in, to the breakfast the next day.

I never received my deposit back. I checked in late the room was dirty like someone in there then she put me in another room not even with a king bed like I booked. I only slept there and was gone before check out. Very unprofessional!

It's a 3 Star Hotel. What can you expect?

Upon arrival they asked me for a $100 deposit. This deposit was automatically taken from my card the morning of. I had to show proof of it for them to believe me. The couch was stained, the bed had several layers of sheets. The third layer had several stains and hairs. There was a big hole in the wall behind the bedroom door and the hot water wouldn't work for the jacuzzi on night 2. Not to mention the pool area is still closed months later. However, despite that and a little disturbance during "breakfast" we were fine. We enjoyed our stay and the area. And they did give me my full deposit back.

The room they put us in which was supposed to be a jacuzzi suite didn’t have a microwave a mini refrigerator or the couch didn’t have cushions. All the lamps were on the floor , there was only one garbage can. The jacuzzi didn't have a stopper to stop it up so the water can run and fill up . There wasn’t any towels And The breakfast was very limited only eggs and sausage

No concession stand no vending area and even breakfast is bland n ends at 930 never been to a hotel that breakfast ends that early lasted at night I had a headache n went to get Tylenol n they had no clue what I was talking about like hotels all have these kind of things for their guest to purchase when u pay hundreds of dollars for a room service should be over the top n there should be nothing the guest need that they can't get unless it's something that is there on personal stuff then my bathroom door didn't close and the TV was so small I needed a magnifying glass to see it the room still had party favors from previous guest also over all this is not the kind of service for La Quinta that I have ever stayed in this is by far the worse I would have been better off going to motel 6 now that says a lot NEVER EVER AGAIN
