The room was fantastic!! They put us on the 14 floor. Floor to ceiling windows. Fantastic views. The room itself was very spacious. Gorgeous. Loved the bathroom. Everything clean. Customer service throughout hotel was fabulous. I would say this was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of my room, and even more so by the hotel's failure to fix it. A few small things were present early (and I am not a neat freak), but I only called the service desk after I was confronted with a shower wall covered in someone's long hair! I finished my morning shower and called the desk. They said 'I've got you... we'll get someone up there right away.' I left for the day and came back 8 hours later... my room had been 'cleaned' (bed made)... but the hair was still there! They finally addressed it while I was out for dinner. Just disappointing.

The hotel was very nice! Pricing was excellent, room was very clean and taken care of, a/c worked really well, and everything was managed well. We did wish that the room offered heavier blanket cause it did get a little chilly in the evening, but other than that everything was great!

Decent area just outside Milwaukee. The hotel and room itself was very beautiful and clean. Besides that, you don’t get much for the price of your stay. No free breakfast, you have to pay at the restaurant. You also have to pay for parking and wifi. The thermostat in the room is just for decor apparently because it stays at 72 no matter how low you turn it. Just kind of wierd for a nicer hotel to not include these things. Overall 3 stars.

Room was very clean. Food from the first floor restaurant was exceptional. Internet speed was perhaps the best id had at a hotel in recent memory.
