This property was run down, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and had multiple rooms closed by order of the municipality as being unfit for human habitation. Multiple areas of the hotel blocked off with plywood.

Shower was dirty, old soap from last person still in the shower. No hot water. Bed sheets were dirty like they only made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. Tv remote didn’t work. Heat smelled like something was burning. Was probably burning the bed with how close it was to the heating component. Then when I asked for a room change he claimed there was no other rooms. He could have at least offered to clean the room but that was never an option he gave. Worst service ever. Will never be back. Didn’t even stay the night was there an hour or less.

Disappointing
The outer doors were propped up with rugs and bricks because the outside key locks weren't working. My room door was broken and I needed to use a master key in order to get in. A mechanic decided to fix the door lock at 9am while I was still in the room. In the end, he didn't fix it. There was pounding and knocking all day while things were being repaired. My shower drain did not drain properly. It was clogged and there were a few inches of water left after I finished my shower. There was no desk in the 'suite' I had, and the only chair in the room was filthy.

When we tried to check in the staff was unprofessional and tried flirting with me while I was standing right next to my wife. The hotel smelled like weed as soon as we entered the building. We were woke up at 7am by the room next door playing extremely loud music and we had to listen to a prostitute with 7 men in the room. We also heard a baby crying in the room. I called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I went downstairs and the front desk worker stated their volume was turned down. I told them about the issue and they refused to knock on the door or call the police.

I couldn't stay there, the whole place reeked of urine and weed. There were sketchy individuals hanging around outside the hotel. I immediately cancelled the reservation and requested a refund.

Cars on jacks in the parking lot. Not just dirty but gross dirty carpets. I think people live there. Doors propped open compromises safety. Beds were comfortable but overall was creeped out. I think I’ve said enough.

Nice stop along the way
Renovations and road construction effected the ambiance, but the staff was helpful and the room comfortable and the Wi-Fi was serviceable. Convenient to our destination.
