The heater didn’t work well. Bathroom was always cold no matter what. The auto setting for the heat was not working correctly. The room got so cold after the heat turned off.

Loved the stay, only disappointment was the shuttle service. I had called ahead to see if we could shuttle to the baseball game and the agent said it wouldn't be a problem dropping off and picking us back up. When I checked in and confirmed with front desk neither person understood and we were not able to shuttle.

Stay at this property probably 7-8 times a year and this was the first bad experience. We were put in the Milwaukee wing and the room was small but the bathroom tiny. Hard to even turn around. I would not stay in the Milwaukee wing again.

The fitness center was missing a lot of dumbbells and most of the cardio equipment wasn’t working. There were no towels. Also the door to my hotel room was hard to open and lock, which was not good from a safety standpoint.
