We really enjoyed ourselves at the pool. The only flaw I would say is that the restrooms are too far from the pool area so the pool water is dripped all over the floors in the halls.

The only thing I don’t like is the shuttle service. It should be more Frequent I sat at the airport for almost an hour waiting for a shuttle to go To the hotel. That was unacceptable

Convenient hotel...except they tried to cancel me!

The hotel is nice and convenient to event we were attending in Milwaukee. I made reservations almost a YEAR in advance. But at 3:00 the day of the arrival, the hotel tried to cancel my reservation because they had a "weather event". But what really happened is they were over booked and tried to give away our room. After 15 minutes on the phone, they "found" a room for us and it all went as planned but this was not called for.

Our room had dead bugs laying around as well as a couple live ones… There was also a leftover glass with dried up contents in it from the previous people when we arrived… There was a small dog across the hall from us continually barking. The bathroom was moldy and the shower leaked. You couldn’t open the bathroom door and use the shower or even toilet at the same time the bathroom was so tiny. You might as-well stay at a motel for this type of experience for half the price. Do not recommend.
