The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The Breakfast food was wonderful with plenty of choice. The coffee was amazing The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. It was nice to depend on the Valet in a very busy City center. thank you.

Location, Service and Comfort Downtown

Nothing at all to complain about. An easy walk to all downtown places, including Amtrak & Greyhound Intermodal station. Clean & quiet room, and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast with good options. Stay here for walking access to museums, the Baird Center, concert and sporting venues. Pubs also in walking distance offer free shuttles to Brewers or Packers games with the purchase of food or drink.

Went to a concert at Summerfest Grounds and was able to walk from hotel. Excellent staff. Usually this hotel is spotless, not so much this time. Hair in bathtub. Lots of stains on carpets in lobby and hallways. Hotel needs new carpet all around.

Valet Maybe? Bathrooms need deeper cleaning.

Lost our keys a few times, the normal valet guys are good, the staff that help not so much, they misplaced out car keys, it took the normal valet guys some time to find our keys. Cleanliness, the bathroom base boards have not been cleaned properly in a while, and the shower stalls need a good scrubbing.
