Room was muggy upon arrival, we were leaving to go out so turned the a/c on so the room would be cool when we got back. When we returned, a/c was off. We again had to play with thermostat and air was very low and not moving towards the first bed. I messaged desk and they responded that it would take time to catch up and they could bring a fan up at 12:40 am…not something i wanted to hear. I am a cancer patient and I would expect if I had to pay $370 for a room the air conditioner should be working

My wife woke me because a Staff member entered our room at 11:45 p.m. while we were both going to sleep. He apologize immediately, and then popped his head back in after realizing we were in there sleeping and said he was a manager and he thought the room was empty. Didn't matter, my wife was upset and couldn't get back to sleep for several hours. I requested a refund for that night (not the entire stay, just that night) but was told that because I booked through Expedia they couldn't give me a refund. Maybe that's true but it doesn't make any sense to me because I'm sure they exchange money back and forth with Expedia. Contacting Marriott directly has rendered nothing so far.

Unfortunately when we arrived to one of the rooms that we rented ( we rented two rooms for a total of a 5 night stay for the two rooms) it was dirty, there were socks under the couch, food and the pull out trundle bed had a cover over the mattress that had urine stains and some dead bugs on the corner of it. They did change our room that had to be on another floor. It was explained that they would provide cleaning and new towels etc every 3rd- we were almost everyday and on day 3 of our arrival back to our room, there had been no maintenance, we were out of all toiletries in the room, out of towels and had trash that needed to be picked up. I did go to share all of our concerns with front desk staff and I was offered points if I signed up for marriot convoy. I don’t see this as a solution to everything we encountered. We were told that they would go do a full maintenance the next day( by this time it was day 4 of our stay- which they did go) but we were told they would stop by on our final day to refresh and this was not done. All in all, we were dissatisfied due to the above states issues.

Warm day. Hotel EXTREMELY HUMID! Wet very slippery floors in lobby, however had a few wet floor sitting here and there. Did not try to mop up the floors, only put a few signs up! Desk clerk RUDE about asking for a bottle of water. Snappy! Desk clerk upon check out, same. ? Man at breakfast area snapped at guest that "the breakfast would be closing in half hour, and WILL STOP all food! (Just not necessary to announce to sleepy guest!). Almost $300 a night , you would think kind like attitude from staff. We were shocked!! Would never stay there again.
