Glitch in the system.
About 1:20 am someone entered our room, came in and apologized and thought they had the wrong room. Then at 1:30 AM the front Desk called to confirm Who's the room Registered under. Considering we had to get up at 5:45 AM We were very upset to say the least.

My job has booked me for this place three times now and I’m starting to groan when I pull up and recognize the place. - unwelcoming, passive aggressive signs in the hallway saying “if the garbage cans are overflowing “ they expect you to haul garbage to dumpster in rear of property or they’ll “fine” you. I travel worldwide and I’ve never seen anything this tacky and rude. - could not get a invoice from orbitz or the property for my stay. Front desk was rude about this, I’ve never in my life had a hotel unable or unwilling to give me a receipt. I have expense reports to do. I don’t have time to bicker and argue and beg either company for a receipt. - $100 deposit. Nobody else does this. I’m diamond/elite/platinum etc in several brands and I literally feel like a criminal suspect in this place . I have no words for how much I dislike this property and its management. - mediocre “breakfast” in a bag. juice muffin - room is ……. Basic at best… uninviting, smelled weird , it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen but I did not enjoy my stay at all and I’m so unhappy when I find out I’ve been booked here again. I advise not doing a “non refundable” prepay. Ask them to see your room before you pay. Guarantee this place won’t care or make it right if you’re unhappy about something.

Blown away in the shower.
The place was clean and the guy at the front desk was very helpful. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable and seemed like it seen better days. In the middle of my shower, the shower head flew off and hit me in the head. The shower head couldn't be attached back on and I had to finish the shower with very high pressured water.

Room fine for the 6 hours we were there. Late check in and early check out. Clean but the couch in our room was all stained up looked gross. We didn’t use or touch it because we were in room only for short stsy. BUT the next visitors may have issue because I believe it is a pull out. Can’t imagine anyone sitting on it let alone sleep on it. Other than that served our purpose snd overall room was clean. The hair dryer cord was gross had something on it and the cord had tape on it where wires must have been exposed. We left at 4:30 am so I have no comment of breakfast that was provided, it was too early for serving breakfast.
