Issues Experienced During Recent Upon checking into my room, I noticed that the television was not working properly. I reported this to the staff, but no one came to address the issue. It was a long week, and this added to the frustration. Additionally, I observed that the garbage cans outside the elevators were overflowing on all floors. Furthermore, when I inquired about room cleaning, the housekeeper responded with a rude and unpleasant attitude, which I found unacceptable. I reported these concerns, as the overall experience was not satisfactory. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Sincerely,

Overall, public areas were not clean. Staff was not always at the front desk. Rooms were not clean; carpet not vacuumed. Tomato sauce on lamp; toilet flushed slow and was told they had no plunger and when they got one, I had to plunge toilet myself because they have no maintenance staff on Sunday. Definitely could tell this hotel was independently owned.

Clean and comfortable. Free coffee. Service wasn't great. I called from the airport three times and the phone rang 20 times each, and after 60 rings when no one picked up, I walked to the hotel. That was frustrating. They apologized and gave me free early check in. The room was comfortable, but maybe arrange the airport pickup in advance.

We reserved 2 King Sized rooms with pull out couches and when we got there they gave us King sized rooms with no couches. When we asked the front desk he was very rude, stated they had no other rooms available, and that they had no roll away beds. I had to get another room at another hotel so we all had somewhere to sleep. The hotel was nasty and the staff was rude.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. What could have been a stressful experience has truly been made so much easier thanks to their kindness. I’m really grateful for how fantastic my stay has been, and I highly recommend this property!

I stayed here for one night and it was a decent stay. The room was clean and did not smell or have signs of bed bugs. However, as I was checking the room before sleeping, I noticed some trash behind the bedframe that the previous person probably left. It was nothing bad or smelly, just a small bag/trash of McDonalds. The area and price was convenient for me. The front desk were very friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, I had a good night there and would still book again in the future.
