Hotel is very nice Room clean Amenities are good (restaurante, bar). Limited options in the menu, but food was good. Service is below average. Front Desk refused to have my room clean after a request at 1:30pm. Cleaning staff still in the premises. I was told that I should have asked for the room to be clean prior to 10:00 am, which I was not told about when I checked in. Even at that, for the rates they charge, room cleaning should be a given.
