I’m a little disappointed at how unfriendly the service is. Not sure what’s going on for folks behind the scenes but really, every interaction was tense, verging on rude. When we asked about unlocking our room refrigerator, we were told to come down and get the key and it’d be $50. Not a deposit, just that it would be $50. Id expect more for the price.

Lodging was great and hotel was modern and nice; however, restaurant was subpar in offerings and delivery for breakfast. Would have loved complimentary water in the room but only minibar offerings.

Nice place

Great hotel - Nice cozy lobby, great little bar (bartender wasn't super friendly though). Nice location for our little Milwaukee get-away weekend.
