Staff was friendly upon our arrival. Their reservation system was down, so we had to wait to check in. Once we did, there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa bed in the room, and we had to request it. There was some confusion about what we wanted as the housekeeper did not speak English. They also told us that our luggage was in the room upon check in, and it was not - we had to go back down to request it from the luggage room. Maybe all of this confusion was related to the system outage - I’m not sure. The suite was nice, except the foldout couch was uncomfortable. We had breakfast in the cafe in the morning, and the service was extremely slow. Also, other hotels I’ve stayed in have filters on the faucets so you can drink the tap water - we had to order Instacart to get bottled water because there weren’t any stores within easy walking distance and we didn’t want to get our car out of the parking garage. Having soap next to the sink in the kitchen area would also be helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked into the grand lobby, I was captivated by the blend of timeless elegance and modern amenities. The historic charm of the building, with its beautiful architecture and classic decor, set the stage for a relaxing stay. The staff at The Pfister were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with genuine hospitality. My room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the city that made waking up each morning a delight. I also enjoyed the amenities offered, especially the lounge and the rooftop Blu Bar, which provided stunning views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. Dining at The Pfister was another highlight. Night stay for girlfriends out. Lovely hotel staff were great. Make sure you visit Blu(bar) for a wonderful view. Place made us feel like Royalty. I love hotels that stand out and don’t look cookie cuter.
