The hotel was within walking distance of the Market, the Harley Davidson Museum and other attractions. The view from the Blu on the 23rd floor was wonderful. The Mason St Grill was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Looking for a downtown stay and found a relatively good deal with VIP deal ($25 food/beverage voucher). Staff (5/5): Wonderful. We arrived early to park our car so we could head to a downtown bar for the Brewers bar shuttle. Vlad at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and we were able to check in (we weren’t expecting that at all, we just weren’t sure if we needed to validate our parking). All staff we encountered were kind, efficient and professional. Room 429 (original part of hotel) (3/5): King room. Recently renovated and very well appointed. Large bathroom, rain shower, king bed (very comfortable); excellent AC; refrigerator; nespresso machine; very quiet. The view was through dirty windows to an interior roof top. Crumbs were on the floor from a previous guest. Only a desk chair to sit on - confused why there isn’t another chair in the room (it is large enough). Totally fine for one night. Had we stayed longer we would have requested a different room. Parking (4/5): $38 for 24 hrs (as of Sept 2025). Not the best deal in downtown Milwaukee. However, super clean, connected to the hotel and felt safe. Hotel common spaces (5/5): Loved the elegance, artwork, view from the pool and breakfast at the Cafe (not included). Bottom line: Would stay again if we found a good deal and would request a room not facing the interior rooftop.

Hotel is historic and absolutely beautiful! The staff were welcoming and helpful. Onsite restaurant’s and cafes a big plus as we were traveling on a holiday. A wedding was on Sunday it was nice to see all the happy people in the lobby. The pool on the 23rd floor looked over the city wow! We came for a Brewers game and will definitely come back to explore the city more but we will stay here again. Lastly the rooms was exactly like the pictures very happy with everything

Very worth it.

Excellent service, location, staff. Everything was well done. All needs met. Very classy. Lights in lobby flicker a little bit. General lighting leaves room for improvement. Yes I'm being ADHD.
