Great common area

The lobby area was great, amazing gym which was much appreciated on a longer journey and laundry facilities too! Friendly staff!! Breakfast was great and location was walkable Shower pressure was poor and lots of water went over the floor

It was a very nice place but the valet driver was extremely disrespectful. When working in customer service you probably shouldnt mock the customers but this is what happened when we returned to the hotel. Some people in the group that was with me told me about the valet driver being disrespectful behind my back in front of them! Not very professional at all!! I wouldnt use the valet service at this hotel!

Horribleness

The front desk was empty when I arrived. No one was around to help for at least 25 minutes. The front desk receptionist showed up with an attitude and denied to check me in due to me having words for her absence. So the hotel took my money and I didn’t even get to check in.

Parking was an issue- the supposed lot (pay) was full and the only option was a sketchy area. Also- no restaurants or bars around without walking a distance.

The cleanliness definitely isn’t what I’ve seen from a Hilton. Personal belongings left in the shower… which gave me a pretty good idea that it hadn’t even been cleaned during house keeping. The dining area was also impossible to find a clean table.

No parking with hotel unless you paid for valet. Parking garage was down street. Though parking had handicap spots, the distance to walk back to hotel was a bit much. Set up was less than ideal so would not stay at this property again. Shower in room was out of shampoo, body wash was low.
