This hotel was in a great location. We could easily walk to the 3rd Ward or over to the lake. It was clean and quiet.

Gave us the wrong room, was supposed to be bigger with a pull out couch. I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. The outside of the property was filthy. Spiderwebs everywhere like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Trash all over the outdoor smoking area. For both days we were there. And the continental breakfast was disgusting and made everyone sick. Almost inedible

Don’t stay here. The housekeeping staff is super loud, yelling at each other down the corridors early in the morning. Sunday morning they knocked on my door twice, at 9:00 and 10:00AM despite having the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door handle. There is trash and cigarette butts all around the front entrance. And the valet service is bad…they give you a link to retrieve your car, but it only works the first time. If you in-and-out, you can no longer get your car the second or subsequent times. Instead you have to wait 20 min.

The staff was exceptional! Very friendly, very professional, right down to the cleaning crew! I liked the convenience of having snacks and frozen meals readily available! Excellent stay! We would stay there again, in a heartbeat!

Property was well-priced and went above and beyond to allow late check-out and to bring in bagels for breakfast early for runners in the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon. Michelle at the front desk was especially helpful!

Silvia at breakfast was great! Front desk person on Thursday was friendly but not over the top. Interstate traffic a little noisy. Needed healthy snacks for sale in lobby!

Room was soooo small for the price! Free breakfast was poor. Room was clean and in good shape just sooo small. Service was good. Staff nice. Also no A/C in common areas very weird I'd hate to work there. Close to everything in third ward very safe area.

Liked the hotel. Convenient right off the highway. Clean. Free breakfast was good. Room was nice. What I didn’t like that it was very hot in the hotel everywhere other than our room. Lobby hallways elevator.
