Great 1 night business trip

Overnight Business Trip - Northwoods Feel with a little Bar and Restaurant next door. The Breakfast was good too. Great Bed and internet worked well. I would stay here again.

Good but please update!

Excellent customer service. Hotel is in need of updates. You can tell at one time it was a really nice hotel, but peeling wallpaper, broken lobby games and worn furniture are just some of the things screaming for updates. Staff was excellent. Food subpar. We updated to suite… but not worth the money. “Queen” beds are basically oversized full. Would love to stay again if updates made.

Potentially a nice place. Pool is nice. Haven't checked out breakfast yet. Our bathroom smells like cigarettes. No ice bucket. Room phone doesn't work. No trash or garment bag for wet swim suits.

One to avoid.

I've stayed at this property 3 times in the last year. It's gotten worse each stay. The last 2 stays, their coffee maker was broken so they had to get I'm guessing gas station coffe brought in,,, late. The breakfast buffet was horrible, eggs burned, sausage refridgerator cold, biscuits half frozen and the gravy water thin. This last trip, the tv didn't work and the toilet was plugged. Staff said there was nothing they could do to remidy any of it. Needless to say, i won't be giving them any more of my business, at over $110. A night.
