L'hôtel semble magnifique sur photos mais dans les faits, c'est juste ok. Ne vous laissez pas influencer par le buffet du déjeuner et du souper gratuits !!! Le choix est limité, toujours répétitif et la qualité est décevante. Les 2 piscines sont agréables en revanche comparativement à ce qu'ils appellent la plage privée... qui est en fait un espace gazonné sans plage ni sable devant le Lac Ballaton où il faut payer pour une chaise longue ou un parasol. La localisation devant la promenade est géniale pour une ballade durant la journée ou en soirée, wow ! La présence d'animaux autorisés est sûrement pratique pour les visiteurs locaux des alentours mais pour nous, être entourés de chiens, non merci.

Great hotel, about 25 min walk from Deli station. Unfortunately there was not enough time to check their kitchen. Maybe next time. :)

Wonderful hotel. We went on a a week long family vacation. Amazing location, right in the center, near Vact ut, 2 minutes from Kalvin ter, but on a quite street Great breakfast, super clean rooms, friendly staff, they have a cute bar on the rooftop for the guests, and I really liked the hotel decor. Highly recommend.

The people at the desk were extremely helpful and they answered all my questions. Getting ice from the bar. It was a nice addition that they included breakfast for the 2 days i was here. The room was comfortable with a fridge. I liked the spa which included a sauna, pool and workout space and a salt room.

Cons: The curtains didn't block all the light, so the room got bright early in the morning. The kitchen didn't have a stovetop as listed. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos. Pros: The room was clean and quiet. The area around the hotel was nice. The Wi-Fi worked well. Check-in was easy and hassle-free.
