Staff was amazing

The hotel was fine. Needs some paint and slight repairs. The elevator was out but they were so apologetic. They truly felt bad. This place shines with the staff. We were there 7/14/25 for one night. The front desk employees were so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast staff was the same. Every employee we encountered was amazing. Thank you!

The floor had a layer of something very slippery. I was very worried I would slip and fall. It was like skating on ice. I went to the front desk and told them the situation . She left and came back with a mop and some floor cleaner. Then told me once I was finish cleaning bring the mop and cleaned back.I stay in hotels often and this is the first time this has ever happened.

My stay was AMAZING 10/10 and they very kind lady at the front desk needs a big raise or something because she was understanding and very very helpful the staff was sweet and helpful also I’ve never felt so welcomed at an hotel before the place was as VERY clean it was quiet the pool was clean everything was just awesome during the stay. My friends and I will be returning again. Xo

Disappointed

We arrived late and the check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the hotel bed and bathroom was very dirty. The bed had dirty sheets and blanket (looked like food crumbs and smears). Hotel staff said they had no blankets and gave me a set of sheets I could change the bed myself. I jad to clean the shower before use and the toilet had yellow stains.
